What time is check in and check out?

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out ends at 11:00 AM.

Is there late arrival and late check out?

We will have a member of our guest relations team ready to welcome you at all hours, regardless of arrival time. We may be able to honor a late checkout, pending availability. Please check in with our guest relations team the evening prior to your departure to see if this is available.

How many guests can a suite accommodate?

Our rooms are designed to have one king-sized bed, suited for double occupancy only. Each suite has a pull-out bed, suitable for a young adult. Additional guests will cost $100 nightly.

Is breakfast provided?

The Tributary Hotel experience includes a lavish breakfast from our adjoining restaurant, ōkta, which is included in your nightly room rate. Our menus are based on seasonal produce from our farm, so menu items change often. Breakfast will be served to you in your room.

We are able to accommodate vegetarian and pescatarian menus for our guests. 

Our facility uses alliums, soy, nuts, dairy, shellfish, and gluten in close proximity and strongly encourages guests with severe allergies to use caution. If you have questions about a specific request, please email info@tributaryhotel.com.

Is laundry/dry cleaning available?

Dry cleaning and laundry services are available through the hotel’s preferred vendor, Classic Cleaners. Same-day service is available Monday through Saturday if laundry is received at the front desk by 8 am, and will be returned to the property at 5 pm.

Do you host private events?

The hotel can accommodate a full property buy-out. We can also accommodate on-site restaurant events of up to 26 seated guests.

What is the hotel and restaurant’s cancellation policy?

Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to arrival will result in a refund of the deposit minus a $100 non-refundable processing fee. Should you need to cancel your reservation at ōkta for any reason, we do request a 72-hour notice to avoid a $100 fee per guest.

If I am staying at the hotel, do I need to make a reservation for ōkta?

Ōkta has limited seating and is open to both the public and hotel guests. When making hotel reservations, our team will secure a dinner reservation for your party upon booking. 

We ask that you confirm 72 hours prior to your dining reservation time, or the reservation will be canceled and allocated to our reservation system.

Is there a waitlist available if my preferred dates are not available for staying at Tributary and dining at ōkta?

If you are unable to find a date for your visit to the Willamette Valley, we have a waitlist for both guest rooms and restaurant reservations. You may add your name by emailing us at info@tributaryhotel.com for hotel reservations and via Resy for dining reservations.

Are children welcome to the property?

Due to the intimate size and nature of our McMinnville property, we recommend not bringing children under the age of 12. All suites have a convertible couch that is suitable for teens in travel. 

Ōkta is an intimate, multi-course immersive restaurant and we do not allow children under the age of 12 to dine in the restaurant.

Is the property pet friendly?

The hotel is a small and intimate property, and we are unable to accommodate pets. 

We welcome ADA-protected service animals. Please note that emotional support animals do not qualify as service animals.

What activities are available?

Our concierge team is available to book tours and tastings, make local reservations, share our favorite local hikes and bike routes, maps of the area, and to give directions while you visit the Willamette Valley.
